Big T was very cooperative and helped me swap out an order where by mistake I ordered the wrong gauge string.  Excellent 5 star price and good service. What would make the service also 5 star instead of 3 star? Answering their phone (which they did not) and/or answering emails on the weekend.  Regardless, I will definitely use these guys again because the prices can't be beat and the shipping was quick.
